The root chakra is the first of the seven chakras located at the base of the spine.
The root chakra is our foundation and connection to the earth.
It connects us to our basic human instincts for survival, security and stability.
Signs your root chakra is balanced:
Feeling safe and secure.
Strong sense of belonging.
Ability to trust.
Stable and grounded.
Signs of an imbalanced root chakra:
Feeling anxious and fearful.
Lack of trust.
Difficulty meeting basic needs.
Lower back pain and digestive issues.
Things to help balance the root chakra:
Have a reiki session.
Do some gardening.
Spend time in nature.
Eat root vegetables.
Try working with crystals that help promote grounding such as:
Red Jasper.
Black Tourmaline.
Bloodstone.
Garnet.
I hope you find this information helpful.
